Floor route and supplied tools
Clean & Empty: choose the floor route and sofa tool together
For a home with a hard-floor kitchen, a living-room rug and fabric seating, start with three separate requirements: one floor head for the route, the small tool for the seating, and what happens to dust afterward. An automatic dock answers only the third question.
Choose the fabric attachment before comparing runtime
| Package | Established supplied small tool | Useful reason to consider it |
|---|---|---|
| Shark BU3626 | Ordinary upholstery and crevice tools | A mixed-floor route with automatic emptying and basic handheld jobs |
| Shark BU3521 | Passive Pet Multi-Tool and Duster Crevice Tool | A named passive fabric attachment in the current carton |
| Tineco Station 5 Pro | Mini Power Brush | A powered miniature-tool requirement alongside automatic emptying |
| LG A923KGMP | Named Power Punch bedding nozzle | A particular bedding-tool requirement with manual Kompressor disposal |
These are distinct attachments, even when several descriptions mention pets or furniture. Decide whether a passive fabric tool, a motorized small brush or the specifically named bedding nozzle is the real requirement. A good floor-head description does not establish the contents of the accessory box.
Keep the whole floor route on one actual head
Both Clean & Empty packages cover carpet and hard floors with their supplied floor head and adjust brushroll speed through FloorDetect. BU3521's US guide distinguishes AUTO from ECO and BOOST; the latter choices do not keep automatic floor adjustment active. Use the mode that corresponds to the intended route rather than assuming every setting provides every function.
If dedicated fine-dust illumination is essential, add that requirement separately. Ordinary headlights and a purpose-designed dust-revealing head are different choices. Station 5 Pro establishes a dust-revealing mixed-floor head. Compare that attached-head capability together with its powered small tool rather than borrowing illumination from an unrelated accessory.
Compare the two disposal spaces correctly
The current Shark comparison separates BU3626's 0.48-quart cup and BU3521's 0.41-quart cup from their 1.3-liter bases. The station stays at home while the smaller cup travels. A larger base reduces disposal frequency; it does not expand the carried cup or make its weight a carried-stick measurement.
Place an automatic station where returning the vacuum is easy and its bin and filters remain accessible. If that location is on another floor, consider whether carrying the machine back after each job fits the routine. Manual Kompressor models require a different end-of-session habit even though their charging stands may also keep tools together.
Use runtime only after fixing the job
Shark's forty-minute maximum here is a hand-vacuum ECO condition with a non-motorized attachment. It is not a promise for the complete powered-floor route. Map the rooms that must be completed together, then check batteries and the relevant operating condition. A household that needs a supplied second battery should compare the two-battery LG A925KSM while accepting manual disposal.
For a simple automatic-dock floor routine, start with BU3626. Prefer BU3521 when its exact passive Pet Multi-Tool is needed. Choose Station 5 Pro for a confirmed powered miniature brush and dust-revealing floor head together. Choose LG only when its named tool or battery arrangement fits better than automatic emptying. Check the current model, tools and finish as one package before ordering.
